Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with spectacular views, but lacked a charging station. The service was impressive with a great response and follow-through, compensating for the outdatedness of the hotel. The location was unbeatable, close to the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining was pricey for what you get, but the farm-to-table products were fresh.
The hotel was clean but clearly dated, with minimal furniture and a small queen-sized bed in the rooms. The service was a mix of unenthusiastic and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, near Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall subway station in Taipei. The dining options were ordinary and required additional charges. The facilities were basic but functional.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a lovely bathroom and a big tub, suitable for a 5-day stay, although a bit outdated. It would have been better if they allowed a slightly later check-out time and had improved facilities for luggage storage. The noise in the room at 2 pm on our departure date was a downside.
The hotel offers a close view of Taipei 101, with well-kept and clean rooms that are slightly outdated. The service compensates for any outdated aspects. The location is fantastic in Taipei's glamorous Xinyi district. Dining options are available but come at an additional cost. The facilities are satisfactory but could use some updates.
Staying in the executive room on the upper floor was totally worth it for the extra space, especially with an energetic soon to be 2-year-old. The room was huge, had a great bathroom with a big tub, and was comfortable for our 5-day stay. The service was always helpful and polite, and the location near SYS and the subway station was fantastic. The dining options were not exceptional, and there was an additional charge for certain items.
The hotel offers large and very comfortable rooms, albeit a bit outdated, but should consider allowing slightly later check-out times and enhancing luggage storage facilities. The service was great, with immediate and helpful responses compensating for any outdated aspects of the hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants, making you feel like royalty when staying in downtown Taipei. The dining experience, while extra charge, was okay but slightly expensive for the offerings during the breakfast buffet.
Staying in the executive room on the upper floor was totally worth it for the spaciousness, allowing my little one to explore. The room, although lacking a view, was clean, comfortable, and huge with a fantastic bathroom and a big tub, making our 5-day stay very cozy.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for my energetic toddler to roam around freely. The staff was helpful and attentive, especially when I reached out about a birthday surprise for a friend. The location was excellent, near transport stations, and the facilities were great. However, the dining options were limited and pricey.
Staying in the executive room on the upper floor was worth the extra cost for the spaciousness, allowing my energetic toddler to explore freely. However, the room felt somewhat outdated, and it would be beneficial to have better luggage storage facilities and a slightly later check-out time. The room was more of a larger double room than a proper suite, which was slightly misleading.
Staying on the upper floor in the executive room for New Year's Eve was worth it for the spacious and clean room, perfect for my soon-to-be energetic 2-year-old to explore. The door to another room added convenience, although sound could be heard between the rooms.
